Prior to booking an appointment, PLEASE read all Information & Policies to ensure you are properly informed. It’s a lot of information, but it’s very important that each client understand everything before booking.

CLINIC’S POLICY

• A  DEPOSIT of Kshs 10,000($100) will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount that’s due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH/VISA/Mpesa on the appointment day.
• Booking fee is REFUNDABLE if cancellation/reschedule is made atleast 72hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancelling your appointment for any reason within the 72hrs to your appointment will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely!
• You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent
• NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the technicians must focus on the procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.
• It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, you must arrive no later than 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be considered as a “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into consideration traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
• 3 days notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date and time. ONLY ONE TIME RESCHEDULING IS ALLOWED.
• All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.
• All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
• If you have previous eyebrows TATTOOED , PLEASE TEXT/WHATSAPP (+254-790-555-714) a clear photo of your brows and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If you fail to do so, we will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited because not all previous tattoo from other artist can be fixed or covered.
• PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

NB: TOUCHUP CANCELLATION/RESCEDULE POLICY

Please note that LATE RESCHEDULES(less than 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment), LATE CANCELLATIONS, and NO SHOWS will attract an inconvinience fee of Kshs 5,000 which will have to be cleared before booking the next appointment
